This device is specifically designed for testing Audi A8, S8, RS8 IV- D5 (18 PIN) NEW cars.
It provides the capability to temporarily suspend (freeze) the odometer during car testing, preventing the accumulation of additional mileage.

This device is intended for the newer software version.

In cars with 2020 or later software, the check engine light may turn on while the device is in use. The light will turn off after driving a few kilometers with the device in the first mode (mode 1 - NOT ACTIVE), removing the device, or manually clearing the error with a diagnostic tool. This error is related to communication and data transmission between modules while the device is active.

Information about the operation modes of the device on Audi A8, S8, RS8 IV- D5 (18 PIN) NEW:
To switch the mode, the activation process must be repeated 5 times.
Mode 1
Press the "OK" button or pull HIGH BEAM lever 4 times.
The hazard warning light will blink once.
The mileage block function will be not active.
Speedometer will show the actual speed.
Mode 2
Press the "OK" button or pull HIGH BEAM lever 4 times.
The hazard warning light will blink twice.
1. Turn off the ignition.
2. Lock the car.
3. Wait until the lights on the instrument cluster turn off.
4. Turn on the ignition.
Repeat this process 5 times starting from step one.
The mileage block function will be FULL active.
Speedometer will show the actual speed.
Important for successful installation and use:
- During device connection/disconnection, the ignition must be turned off
- Switching between modes should be done on a stationary car
- When the device is in use, the selected mode will be retained (saved) after the ignition is turned off/on.
