AUTEL EV Diag Box NEW ENERGY - Attachment to Autel MaxiSYS Ultra, MaxiSYS MS919 and MaxiSYS MS909
The EV plug-in enables comprehensive testing of EV, PHEV, HEV cars with a developed topology of distribution of high-voltage components.
The device performs a full analysis of traction batteries using the OBD connector or special connection cables provided in the EVDiag Box.
Scope of EV Diag BOX:
- Quick analysis of high-voltage installation of EV, PHEV, HEV including DTC error codes and parameters
- Comprehensive schemes of high-voltage installation, which includes component layouts and connection schemes with connector descriptions
- Database of disassembly procedures for high-voltage installation components
- Estimation of the condition of the traction battery using two quantities SOC and SOH,
- Analysis of the high-voltage installation and traction battery can be carried out using OBD connectors or connecting cables supplied with EVDiag BOX
- Transparent battery diagnostic interface facilitates diagnosis and reduces the risk of misdiagnosis
Autel EV contains block diagrams of the high-voltage installation with specified circuits, pins and connectors.
It also has a wide range of technical support necessary to analyze errors and problems generated by high-voltage systems.
Help is offered in the form of text instructions, diagrams, photos and videos.
