Operation modes:

  • OBD

  • BDM

In OBD mode:

  •  Read / Write Flash only.
  •  Auto Checksum.

In DC GPT mode: 

  • Read / Write full Flash and Eeprom.
  • Auto Checksum.
  • On bench without opening ECU.

 

In BDM mode: 

  •  Need to open ECU and solder adapter.
  •  Read / Write Bootloader, Flash and EEPROM.
  •  For recover. No Checksum.

Hardware requirements:

  • VEI V6/V7 device
  • Direct Connect 2U tool with OBD2 power cable
  • DC2-EDC7C32 GPT cable
  • DC2U-ISP-JTAG+BDM dongle
  • DC2U-BDM7 adapter or DC2U-BDM10 adapter
