High Performance in a Pocket-Sized Package
The compact size of the PicoScope 2000 Series USB oscilloscopes allows you to take them anywhere.
These small, portable oscilloscopes are compact enough to fit in a laptop bag while delivering performance comparable to much larger and more expensive benchtop oscilloscopes—at just a fraction of the cost.
The dual-channel PicoScope 2000 models can capture signals at sampling rates of up to 1 gigasample per second.
For repetitive signals, the ETS (Equivalent Time Sampling) mode can boost the effective sampling rate up to 10 GS/s.
This high sampling rate, combined with a 40,000-sample buffer memory and bandwidths up to 200 MHz, makes the PicoScope 2000 series suitable for a wide range of applications.
Convenience and Speed
The PicoScope 2000 Series oscilloscopes are powered directly from a USB 2.0 port, eliminating the need for batteries or an external power supply.
The USB 2.0 interface ensures fast data transfer to your computer, providing a high-resolution display of your waveforms in real time.
You Can Trust What You See
While many oscilloscopes are designed with cost reduction in mind, Pico Technology designs its instruments to meet or exceed their technical specifications.
Careful PCB layout, optimized grounding, and shielding minimize noise, crosstalk, and harmonic distortion.
Years of design experience have resulted in improved pulse response and excellent bandwidth flatness, ensuring accurate and reliable signal representation.
Advanced Control Software
Unlike many low-cost oscilloscopes that come with limited software, the PicoScope 2200 Series is supplied with the same PicoScope 6 software used with Pico Technology’s high-end models.
A single installation can control multiple oscilloscopes. The software is both powerful and intuitive, featuring a familiar Windows-style interface for easy operation.
Captured data can be saved in various formats, including CSV (text), PNG/BMP (graphics), and MATLAB binary.
Drivers and programming examples for LabVIEW, C/C++, Delphi, and Visual Basic are also included, enabling integration with your own applications.
PicoScope 6 is regularly updated with new features and enhancements, all available free of charge from the Pico Technology website.
Spectrum Analyzer
With a single click in the PicoScope software, you can switch from the time domain to the frequency domain, transforming your oscilloscope into a powerful spectrum analyzer.
Signal and Arbitrary Waveform Generator
All PicoScope 2000 Series oscilloscopes include a built-in output signal generator capable of producing standard waveforms from an internal library.
You can also define custom waveforms using the powerful Arbitrary Waveform Generator (AWG), making it easy to simulate sensors, clock signals, and other test signals for your measurements.
