DynoPro is a professional road dynamometer designed to measure power, torque, acceleration and other parameters.

The DynoPro dynamometer can be used to measure any vehicle with an internal combustion engine.

DynoPro w walizceThe set includes:: 

  • Protective case with foam insert
  • Tablet (with DynoPRO application) in a protective case, charger
  • Dyno probe – attached to the vehicle wheel
  • OBD2 probe
  • Dyno Probe mounting socket set – 17mm, 19mm, 21mm, 22mm
  • A bolt with an M12 thread for mounting the Dyno Probe and an M10 screw with a spring washer
  • 8mm, 10mm Allen key and 14mm open-end wrench

 

The DynoPro dynamometer is a comprehensive, easy-to-use solution thanks to which you will be able to determine whether the engine is working properly during measurement. 

 

The OBD probe will download the current RPM, error codes and basic information about the vehicle from the engine controller.

The quick assembly and disassembly of the dynamometer allows you to make measurements at any place and time, which will be most appreciated by mobile workshops.

The assembly of the device consists of 6 steps:
  1. selecting the appropriate size of the rim mounting screw cap
  2. screwing the cap together with the pin to the screw on the rim
  3. roughly position the probe in the center of the circle and screw it on
  4. turning on the probe
  5. connecting the OBD2 probe to the socket in the vehicle
  6. starting the tablet and software
Power measurement in most cases requires about a 1km road section, preferably without hills.
 
The measurement procedure consists of the following steps:
  1. selecting the MEASUREMENT menu
  2. determining the profile of the measured vehicle (name, vehicle weight, tire size, RPM engine rotation signal source - usually downloaded from OBD2 or calibrated)
  3. correct measurement
  • start measurement in the software
  • smooth start of the vehicle in 1st and 2nd gear
  • we put in 3rd gear and accelerate rapidly to the end of the rev range, then we put the neutral gear in and the program will start counting down 10 seconds to calculate rolling resistance and other
  1. the program calculates the power and torque of the vehicle and presents it to the user
Generating a measurement report (the software generates a report in PDF, JPG, CSV format and allows you to send it by e-mail or share it on any messenger)
