In DC mode:

  • Read / Write Flash only
  • Read / Write Eeprom not possible (only JTAG mode)
  • No checksum
  • On bench with cable without opening COO8
  • On bench diagnostics with cable

 

In JTAG mode:

  • Read / Write full Flash and Eeprom
  • Need to open COO8 and solder adapter
  • For recovery. No checksum.

  • VEI V6/V7 device
  • Direct Connect 2U tool with OBD2 power cable
  • DC2U-COO8 cable
  • DC2U-ISP-JTAG+BDM dongle
